The core of my work is creating a calm, non-judgmental space where things can be spoken through and seen more clearly.
People usually find their way here when something in their life feels tangled, intense, or unclear — often around relationships, emotional patterns, or periods of transition. Our conversations offer a place to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
Over the years, I’ve lived and worked across several countries, and this international path has shaped how I listen and relate to others. I’ve seen how differently people experience connection, pressure, change, and belonging — and how similar our inner struggles often are underneath it all.
My academic background is in business and international economics, and I spent more than a decade working in global, people-focused environments — from corporate settings to international projects and cross-cultural teams. These roles gave me a close, real-life view of how people navigate uncertainty, relationships, expectations, and personal transitions.
Alongside this, my work gradually moved toward more personal and reflective spaces: writing, studying emotional patterns and behaviour, and creating conversations where people can speak honestly about what they’re going through.
Today, I combine writing and one-to-one sessions. Many people first come across my work through something they’ve read and resonated with, and then reach out for a conversation when they want more clarity or perspective.
I don’t offer quick fixes or rigid methods. Instead, I offer a grounded, thoughtful space where you can notice patterns, understand your reactions, and find your own direction with more clarity.
Education & Further Training
My path combines business studies, psychology-informed training, and years of working closely with people in international environments.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration – Pécs, Hungary
- Master’s Degree in International Business Economics – Aalborg, Denmark
- Personal Coach Training – Impulse e.V.
- NLP Practitioner Certification
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Training
- Ultra-Brief Therapy® Training – Intensive Individual Consultation Method
- Additional Studies in Communication, Personal Development, and Digital Publishing (Amazon KDP)
Rather than following a single framework, I draw from different approaches — focusing on listening, clarity, and helping people understand themselves more deeply.
Professional Background
Before focusing more fully on writing and one-to-one conversations, I spent over a decade working in international, people-focused roles within global organizations.
I have worked in environments such as Bombardier (now Alstom), Wayfair, and Deutsche Bank, where my roles involved international project management, recruitment, and cross-cultural collaboration. These settings gave me close insight into how people navigate pressure, expectations, change, and relationships within complex systems.
Earlier in my career, I was also involved in EU-level projects in Brussels, working with universities and young professionals across multiple countries.
Altogether, these experiences gave me a grounded understanding of how people function in demanding environments and life transitions — insights that continue to shape how I listen and work with people today.
Writing & Digital Publishing
Writing has become a central part of my work. Through my blog and books, I explore emotional patterns, relationships, self-awareness, and the process of returning to yourself.
Over time, this grew into digital publishing — creating long-form articles, guided workbooks, and reflective content for readers who want to understand themselves more deeply. Many people who reach out for conversations first find this work through something they’ve read and resonated with.
Volunteering & Community Work
Supporting others has always been part of my path.
I’ve volunteered as:
- English teacher at Amy´s Private School in Hanoi, Vietnam
- German teacher at Caritas in Vienna, Austria
- Volunteer at Reach Out charity shop in Torrevieja, Spain
- Organizer of small reflection-based gatherings and community events in Berlin & London
These experiences continue to shape how I work: with curiosity, respect, and the belief that everyone needs a space where they can be heard without pressure.
How This Shapes My Work Today
My work now brings together writing, reflection, and one-to-one conversations.
I’m not here to fix anyone or offer rigid formulas. Instead, I offer a grounded, thoughtful space where you can slow down, notice patterns, and make sense of what’s happening in your life.
Many people reach out when they feel stuck in a pattern, overwhelmed in relationships, or simply in a period of transition where clarity is hard to find. Our conversations are a place to talk things through honestly and see your situation from a clearer angle.
